| East of Desolation | Jack Higgins | Rivetting book with many sub-plots. Full of suspense and plot twists. |
| The Partner | John Grisham | Another good book by Grisham. It has an interesting ending though. |
| The Cobra Event | Richard Preston | Scary book about a biological terrorist attack. THIS COULD HAPPEN!!!! |
| All Quiet on the Western Front | Erich Maria Remarque | The classic book about World War I. Remarque is a great storyteller. |
